1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of gh999's Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. gh999 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any player found to be under 21 will have their Account permanently closed and all real-money balances returned, minus any bonus funds applied and any winnings derived from bonus play.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing gh999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of gh999 complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Identity: Each player may register only one Account. You must register using your own true legal identity. Registering under a false name, using another person's identity, or creating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Mental Capacity: You must be of sound mind and not acting under any impairment, coercion, or condition that would affect your legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Financial Source: All funds deposited into your gh999 Account must originate from a legitimate source. gh999 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds at any time.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, a valid email address, date of birth, residential address and a preferred payment method. All fields must be completed accurately. gh999 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

4. Account Management

Once your gh999 Account is registered and verified, the following rules govern its ongoing management:

• Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact gh999 Support via live chat immediately.
• Account Updates: You must keep your registered details current and accurate at all times. Any change to your name, address, email address, or payment method must be reported to gh999 Support promptly. gh999 is not liable for issues arising from outdated account information.
• Inactivity: An Account that has recorded no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. gh999 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to the real-money balance of an inactive Account, provided the Account balance is greater than zero and the Player has been notified in advance by email.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your gh999 Account at any time by contacting Support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to verification.
• gh999's Right to Suspend: gh999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time if it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, fraud is suspected, or continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

gh999 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated:

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on gh999:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• gh999 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which gh999 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may experience delays or have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• gh999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed, even where no bonus has been claimed. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure.
• gh999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to an Account balance if the withdrawal request remains unprocessed for more than thirty (30) days due to failed verification.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

gh999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to Players who have completed registration and verification. Players who have opted out of promotional communications are not eligible to claim bonuses unless they re-opt in.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry wagering requirements as specified on the individual offer page. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time window or the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games including Baccarat, Roulette, and Sic Bo may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). • Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active and incomplete, the maximum permitted bet per round or per bet slip is PKR 500 (or the equivalent in other eligible stakes). Wagers placed in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may be voided at gh999's discretion.
• Withdrawal Restriction: Real-money funds credited as part of a bonus promotion cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied. Winnings generated from bonus wagering that exceed any stated maximum bonus win cap will be removed from the Account balance upon bonus completion.
• Abuse: gh999 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or claw back any bonus (and winnings derived from it) if it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or as part of a coordinated bonus-abuse strategy.

7. Gameplay Rules

The following rules govern all gameplay activity on gh999, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer games, and sports betting:

• RNG Certification: All gh999 virtual casino games (slots, virtual table games, and instant-win games) use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outputs are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gh999 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account permanently closed, balances seized, and relevant authorities notified where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account (whether under the same name or different identities).
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or bank account.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with gh999 games.
• Exploiting software glitches, game bugs, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gh999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of gh999 Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gh999 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, opportunity, goodwill or reputation.
• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses or damages.
• Any losses arising from a Player's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.
• Any losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance, or technical interruptions beyond gh999's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate information provided by a third party.

gh999 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular game or market will remain available indefinitely. gh999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any game, market or Service at any time without prior notice.

13. Amendments to These Terms

gh999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gh999 will notify Players via:

• A prominent notice displayed on the gh999 homepage and login screen for a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
• An email notification sent to the registered email address on file for each active Account.

Continued use of gh999 Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which gh999 holds its operational licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and gh999, the following procedure applies:

1. First Contact: The Player must first contact gh999 Support via live chat and clearly describe the nature of the dispute. gh999 Support will attempt to resolve the dispute within five (5) business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved at first contact, the Player may request escalation to gh999's Compliance and Disputes team. A written response will be issued within fifteen (15) business days of escalation.
3. Independent Review: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal escalation process, the Player may request referral to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as designated by gh999's licensing authority.

gh999's decisions on all matters relating to gameplay outcomes, bet settlement, game malfunctions and bonus eligibility are final, and no claim in respect of such matters shall be subject to external arbitration unless a demonstrable material error on gh999's part can be established.
